He's (President and Consortium Lead) and also a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the National Cheng-Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. At different times in his career, he was the Design Engineer of Ta-Tung Engineering Co., Taipei, Taiwan, the Sales & Service Engineer of William Hunt Corp, Taipei, Taiwan, Plant Manager of Kong-Hsing Enterprises Co, Hualien, Taiwan, Chairman, Faith Engineering Corp, and Chairman, Lupton Engineering Corp.
A Taiwanese, Mr. Lee is a registered professional engineer and Director of Biogas Association of China. Since 1991, he has been the President of FLE comprising of FL Engineering Inc., [Industry City, California and Shanghai, China]; Loopton International Corp., Taipei, Taiwan; and Tonder Engineering Inc., Nantong City, China.
His engineering prowess span many years starting from his graduation in 1962 with experience in design, construction and management of petrochemical processing, petroleum and biofuel refining with practices spread over Asia, Africa, South America and USA He has over 30 years practice in Nigeria supporting the implementation of notable private refineries in partnership with some state governments.
